Autumn’s It Colour: Forest Green

As the temperature drops, we can bid adieu to the vibrant colours that tend to dominate during the warmer months. (Not that I take much part in summer trends, although I did experiment quite a bit with blues and prints this past season.)

Jumpsuit, Hat, Zara; Shoes, Aldo; Bag, Forever 21.

While it’s inevitable to avoid the blacks and the greys, I’m finding myself gravitate towards warmer tones like forest green and saffron yellow. If you know me, wearing colour during fall and winter is groundbreaking. With that being said, I’ve decided to make a slight change to my usual #allblackeverything wardrobe. I’m going to buy pieces that are a bit more fun and out of the box, starting with a soft injection of colour!

This jumpsuit is timeless, and can be donned all-year round in my books. Shot on a warmer day, I decided to give it a southern flair with a felt hat and suede shoes.

Layering chokers is my favourite way to accessorize these days. The dainty ball chain is from Lili Claspe and the velvet choker is from Urban Outfitters.
