Review: The Beauty Chef Glow Powder

Guys, beauty really does begin in the belly. And maybe I’m totally late to the game but after educating myself on how your gut can effect your skin, I’ve become much more mindful of what I put into my body. Especially since my skin has become so irritable and prone to acne over the past few years. But that’s not to say I don’t stuff my face with the occasional cheeseburger and fries…it’s all about balance after all.

To clear my skin naturally, I picked up The Beauty Chef‘s Inner Beauty Powder which is a naturally bio-fermented superfood that contains prebiotics and probiotics that help nourish the skin on the inside so it glows on the outside. I was a bit hesitant at first but after hearing great things about it, I thought I’d give it a try.

You simply mix one teaspoon of the powder into half a cup of water and drink it first thing in the morning. It doesn’t look very appetizing but it smells like berries and has a decent taste. You can also sprinkle it into your breakfast over oatmeal, cereal or yogurt or mix it in a smoothie or tea.

I’ve been using this every day for two months now and I’ve seen a big difference in my skin. My acne and some scarring has cleared up, and my skin feels and looks healthier. Also, my gut health and digestive system has never been better.

Along with this, I’ve also changed my diet to less carbs and meat, and more veggies and fruit. Like I said earlier, what you put in your body makes a huge difference to the way you look and feel as well. So if you’re looking to transform your skin the natural way, this product is a good way to start. It is a bit pricey but totally worth the $75 price point. And if there’s anything you’re going to want to invest money in, it should definitely be your skin. After all, great skin can help minimize the use of makeup. That’s the goal for most people, right?
