I Have Nothing to Wear

You know when you walk into a store and your eyes latch onto an item that just resonates with you instantly, and you try to resist it by looking at other things but you still have that image in the back of your mind throughout your entire shopping experience? Well that happened to me on a Wednesday afternoon when I walked into Zara.

If I were a superhero, my catch phrase would be “I have nothing to wear” so you can understand why I absolutely needed this shirt in my life.

Now normally, I’m not into things that have words on them because I absolutely hate people reading what I’m wearing when in reality we all know they’re using that as an excuse to stare at my non-existent boobs. Okay maybe that’s not the case, but it just makes me feel uncomfortable so I opt for plain everything.

Anyway the point is, I’m really happy to know that there are other people out there who suffer from the difficulty of getting dressed in the morning just like me. Comment below if you know what I’m talking about. Let’s be friends and help each other get through this difficult issue that shows no signs of a cure.

  1. I had a crazy episode about a year ago where I said “I have nothing to wear! Why do I have all these clothes and nothing to wear?!” and decided to get rid of the majority of said clothes and now I really do have nothing to wear. I still mourn that loss. But still if I had them I’d have nothing to wear. Ah, to be a woman.

    1. I totally know how you feel. It’s like we had all these clothes to begin with but didn’t appreciate them until they were gone. And if we kept those clothes, we still wouldn’t be wearing them because “we’re over it” or “they’re outdated” – there’s no winning here.
