A few months ago, I was invited to attend David’s Bridal spring 2017 preview. For starters, I have never been inside a bridal shop for obvious reasons – “Single and fabulous, exclamation point.”
When I received the invite, I got excited despite the latter. For one, they’ve partnered with some of my favourite designers, including the king of red carpet, Zac Posen. And, they’re gowns are totally affordable. Perfect for those who want a designer piece without breaking the bank.
Here are five gowns I fell head-over-heels for!
Can we just talk about the back and train on this long sleeve illusion lace wedding dress from the Galina Signature collection? Absolutely beautiful.
The bead details on this Wonder by Jenny Packham gown is exquisite. Perfect for the minimalist bride.
Designed by Oleg Cassini, Jacqueline Kennedy’s personal designer, this corded lace A-line dress in blush is beyond chic. The intricate embroidery on the bodice and tulle has me swooning!
Go big or go home! This grand lace ball gown with beaded cap sleeves, also by Oleg Cassini, is an instant showstopper.
A classic pick for the traditionalist, you can’t go wrong with a lace sweetheart ball gown. Best of all, this one has pockets!
